Dr. Parmar, M.D.
Ashok Parmar.MD is an Interventional Pain specialist practicing in Bakersfield since 2004.
Dr. Parmar has a fellowship in Interventional Pain Management
at New York Presbyterian Hospital (Cornell University) which is one of the prestigious institution in the United States and Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, (New York) and Hospital For Special Surgery which is world renowned. He did his surgery residency in New York Hospital for a year and then completed Anesthesiology Residency at University of Cincinnati.
Dr. Parmar offers pain relief through specialized training in interventional pain management.
Since 2004, Dr. Parmar has been in practice as a board-certified anesthesiologist.
Dr. Parmar has been practicing pain management in Bakersfield for over ten years with an extensive and vast knowledge, and would be happy to accommodate new patients. Hello, my name is Weiss Moshref.
I was born and raised in Kabul where I attended medical school and trained as a General Surgeon. I have obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from Long Island University, New York and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Touro College, New York.
In the past 10 years I have gained experience as a PA in various fields such as brain and spinal neurosurgery, general surgery, and ER consults. My hobbies include soccer, swimming, playing chess, camping and road trips. I also enjoy playing the accordion, keyboard and the drums.
I am currently working with Dr. Parmar at Central California Pain Management. My goal is to provide ultimate patient care and comfort to those dealing with chronic pain. Making sure the all patients that enter our doors will be diagnosed and treated with respect, precision, and care.

Warm Greetings to all !Myself , Dr. Vinod Mungalpara M.D. DABPM, an Interventional Pain specialist practicing since 2005.I have a fellowship in Board certified Interventional Pain Management from the University of Rochester, New York which is one of the prestigious institution in the United States. I did my residency in Anesthesiology from University of Cincinnati, Ohio.After receiving my medical doctorate in India, completed my internship, also did surgical residency in General Surgery from Mumbai University , Mumbai , India I have been practicing pain management in Wake Forest Baptist Health medical center, Lexington , North Carolina for over 15 years with an extensive experience and vast knowledge. I believe in a multidisciplinary approach to pain management. I have done extensive work in interventional pain management techniques which include Khyphoplasty, management of osteoporosis. I am happy to join the team of expertise at The Central California Pain Management center which provides compassionate patient care along with interventional pain management with state-of-the art technology.My hobbies include meditation, cooking and traveling.

Raghunath R . Kuchakulla M.D is an Interventional Pain specialist practicing since 2006.Dr. Kuchakulla has a fellowship in Interventional Pain Management from SUNY Upstate Medical University, Syracuse New York .He did his Anesthesiology residency at Indian University school of Medicine , Indiana .He completed his medical school from Osmania medical college Hyderabad, India Dr. Kuchakull is a practicing anesthesiologist since 2003, and is affiliated to various hospitals. He is practicing pain management for over 12 years with an extensive and vast knowledge.His approach towards patients involves both medication management and interventional approach to pain .His hobbies include traveling and listening to music.
